How to check how many services are currently active on your device
You can check the list of active services in two ways:
1. From the Agent app (on your device)
Open your app icon on your device.
Go to More... from the main menu.
Select Device Settings.
Scroll down to the Summary section.
Available means the service is supported by your device.
Enabled means the service is currently turned on.
Tip: The total number of services marked as both Available and Enabled represents the features that are actively running on your device.
2. From the Control Panel (cPanel)
Log in to the Control Panel
Go to your device list and select the target device.
Click the Device Settings link.
Review the summary of available and enabled services for that device.
