1. Device Ownership & Access

• Installation of the app requires physical access to the target device. Remote or covert installation without possession is not supported.

• You may only install the Service on devices you lawfully own or where you have explicit, verifiable consent from the device owner (e.g., a child under your guardianship, or a company-owned device under a published IT/HR policy).

• Our support team will only assist if you have physical access to the device. Requests for remote installation or monitoring without ownership/consent will be declined.

2. Lawful and Acceptable Purposes

• You must use the Service only for lawful purposes, such as:

  • Monitoring your own devices.

  • Parental supervision of minor children.

  • Managing and securing company-owned devices with employee awareness.

• You may not use the Service in any way that violates applicable privacy, monitoring, or data protection laws.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Monitor or track devices you do not own or do not have explicit consent to monitor.

• Engage in unlawful surveillance, stalking, harassment, or invasion of privacy.

• Circumvent security controls, reverse-engineer, tamper with, or redistribute the software.

• Misrepresent ownership or authorization when requesting support.

4. Enforcement

• Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service without refund or prior notice.

• We reserve the right to report unlawful activity to competent authorities when required by law.

• Repeated or serious violations may also result in permanent account closure.
