Can I manually trigger data upload?

Q: Can I manually send or sync data from the Agent app?

A: Yes. You can manually trigger a data upload by opening the Sync Data Settings screen and selecting “Sync Now” (if available), or by using the Admin dashboard to send a remote “Sync Now” command.

The manual sync option is helpful when:

• You’ve just enabled Internet connectivity.

• You want to verify the device is correctly sending data.

• You need to force an immediate update on the dashboard.

If the Internet is still unavailable, the command will be queued and processed later when a connection is detected.
