❓ FAQ: Why do I need to switch to MyPhones.app?

Q: Why am I being asked to download MyPhones.app and register again? A: As part of our major upgrade, we have moved to a new platform: MyPhones.app. This migration is necessary to comply with Google’s updated policies on privacy, data collection, and background services.

  • You will need to download the new app (MyPhones Agent) from our official site.

  • You will need to register for a new account or sign in to activate monitoring

  • Your existing license, package, and expiration date will be automatically migrated


✅ What stays the same?

  • Your license code, including any remaining validity (expiration date), is preserved

  • You still have access to the same monitoring features (SMS, GPS, call logs, photos, etc.)

  • You will continue to receive updates and support — now via MyPhones.app


🔐 Why was this migration necessary?

Google now requires:

  • Visible notifications when collecting background data like GPS or audio

  • Explicit user consent for sensitive permissions

  • Better transparency and control for users
