🔢How to check your current app version number
From the MyPhones.app (on your device):
Open MyPhones.app.
Go to the About tab (sometimes labeled Support in older versions).
Look for the App version field — it will display the current version number of the app installed on your device.
Tip:
If you are contacting support, please include this version number in your request.
This helps us check if you are using the latest version of MyPhones.app.
